Our History
MECCANICA 2 ELLE was established in 1984 thanks to the enterprising spirit of its founder’s Lorenzo Lozza and got immediately specialised in the boring and milling processing of small-sized details.
Over the years it changes from a one-man firm to a Limited Liability Company, and when the founder’s children entered the business, it becomes an established company in the mechanical manufacturing of big- and medium-sized components in the iron and steel, energy and naval fields.
During 2009, with a considerable investment, MECCANICA 2 ELLE expands into a new productive unit, with a surface of more than 4000 sqm. The new seat is still in Palazzolo Sull'Oglio.
In this new unit found room some state-of-the-art machinery and modern equipments that allowed MECCANICA 2 ELLE to considerably expand the weights and dimensions of the pieces to be worked. MECCANICA 2 ELLE is now able to fully satisfy the most diverse and difficult requests of the market.
Hiring highly qualified personnel allowed MECCANICA 2 ELLE to add the construction and reconditioning of various kind of gearboxes to the mechanical manufacturing activities, especially in the iron and steel field.
As a natural next step, the assembly work has been extended to cover the manufacture of single machines and complex systems used in several production fields. MECCANICA 2 ELLE also manages the installation at the client's premises.
In 2003, the company obtained the Quality Certification according to ISO 9001/2000 and in 2009 the transition to the latest regulation UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 was completed.

Energy efficiency line of the manufacturing process of micro, small and medium manufacturing enterprises
The investment project is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the production facility with the aim of reducing energy costs through the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic system and the replacement of old lighting fixtures with low-consumption LEDs.
